Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the unique device you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the smartphone in its original designer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and unique serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
